Free Support:

Bluefish Hosting provides free basic support for all dedicated customer.
Below is the list of items that we support for free:
Hardware replacement for any hardware failure.
OS replacement
Server reboot.
Remote access reset.
Tech support hourly rate.
If you do not have a
support plan with us, any support that is outside of
our Free Support package will cost $120/hr.
You will be billed at a minimum of 30minutes.

Paid Support:

Maintenance plan
($25/month)
Our technical
support team
will make sure that your dedicated server is constantly
up to date. This will greatly reduce security
and virus problems.
Tech plan 1
($100/month)
You will have 5hrs of
support a month. You may use the time for all related dedicated hosting support services.
Tech plan 2
($200/month)
You will have 10hrs of
support a month. You may use the time for all related dedicated hosting support services.
